Warranty & Returns Policy

WARRANTY

Our products are covered by return-to-base limited warranty on faulty parts for 12 months, unless otherwise specified.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

FAS Therapeutic Equipment P/L has a 30-day product return policy; in the event that purchased items are damaged on delivery, defective or not as described on the listing. We are happy to have them replaced at no cost to clients.

Damage claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods and provided with photo proof of the damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging and only with authorisation from FAS.

We will not accept a return if the item is or has been visibly used, altered or damaged.

No Return or refund will be accepted if items are special order and custom-made.

FAS reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee plus any freight cost incurred, if items are not defective.
